Proactive Care & Support - The Rest Initiative supports companies and organizations in service of others to ensure that their people are healthy and that thereby, their unique missions are accomplished. Through its specialized and comprehensive care, The Rest Initiative is committed to the emotional wellbeing of non-profit employees, and ultimately, to seeing thriving organizations.
We believe in providing proactive care for those who serve others by offering the support needed for these leaders to be present, efficient, and healthy in their work. By way of experience, our clinically trained coaches and counselors know the struggles people in these respective fields face and therefore anticipate what could arise. Our goal is to put systems and structures in place to support our participants before these happen; our approach is not reactionary but preemptive and holistic.
